CANCELLATIONS / CHANGES

We process orders very quickly and, therefore, it is generally not possible to make changes once the order has been confirmed.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order , please contact us as soon as possible at support@londa.site to check if it is still possible to make the change.


DAMAGED ITEM

Incidents can occur during shipping. If you receive a damaged product , please contact us within 48 hours of receipt , sending a clear photo of the damage along with your order number to support@londa.site

There's no need to return the damaged product. Our customer service team will be happy to offer you a free replacement or a full refund via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Note: LONDA is not responsible for damages caused by misuse of the product.


NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Gift cards and digital vouchers.


RETURNS

We want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchases.
If you wish to return a product, please contact us at support@londa.site within 30 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the simple and straightforward return process.

During promotional periods such as Black Friday / Cyber ​​Monday / Christmas , we offer an extended return period of 60 days .

Once the return is approved, the product must be returned within 21 days of the authorization date.


REFUNDS

To be eligible for a refund on an undamaged product, the item must be returned.
Once the product is received and inspected , the refund will be processed and the amount will be automatically credited to the same original payment method within 2 to 7 business days .


RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs , and these costs are non-refundable .
Using a tracked shipping service is mandatory , as we cannot guarantee a refund for items returned without a tracking number.


INCORRECT ADDRESS

If the package is not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address , LONDA cannot be held responsible and no full refund will be given .
The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at the time of ordering.

In some cases, we may attempt to redirect the package to the correct address, provided the customer covers the additional shipping costs .
