DID YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM?
In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at support@londa.site and send us the following information so that we can resolve the situation quickly:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you did not receive
- The name of the item you received instead
- A clear photo of the item received
Upon receiving this information, our team will resolve this for you immediately.
DID YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?
Damage can sometimes occur during transport — but we are here to help!
If your item arrived damaged, please email support@londa.site within 48 hours of receipt , including:
- Photos clearly showing the damage
- Your order number
There is no need to return the damaged item.
We will be happy to offer you a free replacement or a full refund via your original payment method.
Note: We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse of the product.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Yes! If you wish to modify an item in your order, please email us at support@londa.site as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- The product you wish to modify
- The product you wish to replace it with
We will do our best to make the change, as long as your order has not yet been shipped .
IN WHAT CURRENCY ARE ORDERS PROCESSED?
All orders are processed in your local currency. You will see the prices and be billed in your own currency, with no additional conversion required.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number and a link to track your package.
To track your package, please visit our tracking page . Please note that it may take 1 to 3 business days for tracking information to appear. Thank you for your business.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
We always do our best to ensure our customers love their products, but if you need to make a return, we'll be happy to help.
You can simply email us at support@londa.site within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll guide you through our quick and easy return process.
Please note that during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and our Christmas promotions , we offer an extended 60-day return period. If you wish to return a product purchased during these periods, please contact us within 60 days of receipt, and we will be happy to assist you. Thank you for choosing our store.
TRANSPORTATION
Do you make international deliveries?
Yes! We ship worldwide with carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Note: Any customs or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Will my items be sent separately?
Depending on the size or type of your products, some items may be shipped in separate packages. If you ordered multiple items, it's normal for them to arrive on different dates. Please allow a few days for the rest of your order to arrive.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The average express delivery time is 3 to 7 business days after your order has been processed. During peak periods (such as holidays), slight delays may occur. We will always do our best to keep you informed and minimize any inconvenience.
Which carriers do you use?
We currently collaborate with DHL, FedEx and UPS , depending on the destination and availability of the fastest and most secure service.
Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
If your package hasn't been shipped yet , we can try to change the address. If the order has already been shipped, we can try to redirect it to the new address, if the carrier allows it—however, additional charges may apply.
Please note that we are not responsible for packages not delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
In these cases, a full refund is not possible, as we depend on accurate information to complete the shipment.

What if my package is lost or stolen?
Londa is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
If the tracking indicates that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend that you:
- Check with the neighbors or reception (if applicable).
- Contact the carrier to open an investigation.
- Inform our team so that we can assist you.

Do you offer a warranty on the products?
Yes. Londa is committed to providing exceptional customer service and a positive experience. We offer our customers a 2-year warranty against malfunctions .
Our Londa Guarantee entitles you to a full replacement or refund of the product, except in cases of intentional damage.
If Londa no longer offers the same product at the time of the warranty, you can exchange it for an item of equivalent value.
What is the lifespan of my products?
Our high-quality LEDs used in all our lighting products have an average lifespan of over 50,000 hours . If you use your product for approximately 10 hours a day, its lifespan will be at least 13 years .
Do the products come with a power plug?
Yes. Our electrical products are equipped with UL-certified plugs, ensuring reliable and safe use.
Designed for international use, these plugs are compatible with US, AU, UK and EU plugs and support a voltage range of 100V to 240V .
This makes our products not only versatile, but also safe for use worldwide — enjoy peace of mind thanks to reliable performance and international compatibility.
